Older data in the free version isn't deleted—it's just not displayed in the app. If you upgrade to Premium, all your historical data becomes accessible again.
To permanently delete data, you can either delete individual entries or uninstall the app, which removes all locally stored data.
Glysimi is available worldwide through the Apple App Store. Because all your health data stays on your device, there are no international data transfers to worry about.
